The Ecosystem at a Glance

What the iCARE Ecosystem is, in plain language, for institutional stakeholders.

The iCARE Ecosystem™ is a coordinated set of applications and shared governance infrastructure that helps people move through crisis, housing instability, accountability, and major life transitions — without forcing them to know which program or tool they need first. A user describes their situation; the ecosystem helps route them to the right next step.

It is designed to sit alongside — not replace — existing public, nonprofit, and private systems. Agencies keep their own case management, records, and authority. iCARE provides shared navigation, consent-centered coordination, and outcome accountability across otherwise disconnected tools.

The ecosystem is owned and operated by SeanSherrie Enterprises. Its applications, workflows, prompts, scoring systems, names, architecture, and governance model are proprietary intellectual property. This guide explains what the ecosystem does and how institutions may engage with it; it does not grant any license to reuse, resell, or redistribute any part of it.

Core Applications

The applications that make up the ecosystem and the role each one plays.

iCARE Guide
Conversational navigation

A plain-language front door. A person describes what is happening; the guide classifies needs across safety, housing, mortgage, emotional support, accountability, and more, then recommends 3–5 tools and next steps — without asking the user to choose up front.

Primary users: People seeking help; staff supporting them
B.E.A.T.
Survivor safety & documentation

Safety-critical documentation, pattern timelines, and consent-based support pathways for survivors of abuse and coercion. B.E.A.T. data is isolated by design and is never integrated with institutional CRM or marketing pipelines.

Primary users: Survivors; trained advocates
TRACER
Cross-system accountability

User-authorized, consent-centered coordination across agencies, partners, and programs. Lets partners track referrals, outcomes, and obligations while the user controls what is shared.

Primary users: Agency staff; partner organizations; coordinators
MoveQuest Pro
Housing & life transitions

Guided real estate and mortgage pathways, housing discovery, and next-step planning for people navigating relocation, housing instability, or major moves.

Primary users: Consumers; REALTORS; housing counselors
The Sealed Letter Co.
Letters & legacy

Private-by-default writing, journaling, and intentional letter delivery for healing, legacy, and delayed communication.

Primary users: Individuals; counselors; advocates
iMATCH
Matching

Matches individuals to advocates, REALTORS, and vetted resources based on need, geography, and stated preferences.

Primary users: Consumers; professionals; advocates
MortgageGuru
Mortgage readiness

Affordability review, mortgage readiness, and down-payment-assistance pathway orientation for consumers preparing to borrow.

Primary users: Prospective borrowers; housing counselors

Governance & Consent Model

The principles that govern how the ecosystem handles consent, data, and human oversight.

Consent is the default, not the exception

Personal information does not move to another tool, agency, or partner without the user’s explicit consent. Sensitive categories — abuse, safety, legal, child, medical, and financial details — are never transferred without permission.

Survivor isolation is enforced by design

Survivor-facing data within B.E.A.T. is structurally separated from institutional CRM, marketing, and analytics pipelines. There is no silent path that moves survivor records into institutional systems.

Agencies keep their authority

iCARE does not take over case management, records, or program decisions. It coordinates around the systems partners already use and trust.

Human oversight of AI

Where AI assists navigation or drafting, outputs are subject to human review. AI is never the final decision-maker for safety, legal, or eligibility determinations.

Auditability

Governance, access, and referral events are logged so partners can answer “who saw what, when, and on whose consent” during reviews.

Engagement Pathways

How agencies, partners, philanthropy, contractors, and subcontractors engage with the ecosystem.

Government & Public Agencies
Government Portal / iCARE Partnership Briefing

Municipalities, counties, state agencies, and federal programs engage through a partnership briefing to scope coordination, data governance, and pilot scope. Agencies retain their case systems; iCARE coordinates around them.

Request a briefing via /government-portal
Founding Ecosystem Partners
Founding Partner Application

Organizations formally endorsing the framework apply as Founding Partners. Endorsement, pilot participation, sponsorship, and grant-collaboration tracks are reviewed by iCARE administration.

Apply via /founding-partners/apply
Channel Partners
Channel Partner Portal

Referral partners, advocates, and professionals channel people to the right entry point and track outcomes through a portal. Channel partner referrals are governed by the same consent and privacy rules as the rest of the ecosystem.

Apply via /channel-partners
Philanthropy & Funders
Funding Interest / Grant Collaboration

Foundations and funders support specific applications, pilots, or populations. Funding can be scoped to survivor access, housing pathways, accountability, or ecosystem-wide infrastructure. No donor ever receives access to survivor data.

Express interest via /fund-survivor-access or /institutional-advisory-cohort
Contractors & Subcontractors
Agency Onboarding / Partnership Review

Technology, evaluation, training, legal, and implementation vendors serve as contractors or subcontractors under signed terms. Roles, deliverables, IP treatment, and data access are defined up front; subcontractor access is scoped and time-limited.

Begin via /partner-agency-hub or /agency-onboarding

Privacy, Security & Data Isolation

Built In by Design
  • ·User consent controls what is shared, with whom, and for how long. Sensitive information is never moved without explicit permission.
  • ·B.E.A.T. survivor data is structurally isolated from institutional and marketing systems.
  • ·Access to partner-facing coordination data is role-scoped and auditable.
  • ·Contractor and subcontractor access is defined in writing and time-limited.
  • ·The ecosystem does not sell user data and does not use personal data to train AI models without explicit consent.
